Lifehacker has a nice article about buying Apple (or not) from a personal perspective. My read on this for things like better customer service you need to take with a skeptical eye. A lot of what business owners need are both system level and software level support. Bringing you computer to the Apple store will get answers but it sure is a long slog for a simple one-off answer.
This type of support is for real hardware problems and not trying to figure out the basics. For business support I suggest having an outsourced group that you can go to for answers as needed. Yes you pay for it but it should not cost much. I suggest paying less than $15/hr for computer debugging and How-To.
Oh and if you didn’t get this clearly before, Don’t Buy Apple, you’re a small business owner not a graphic artist or hipster.
